The Higher Education Leadership specialization is a Ph.D. program specifically focused on leadership within colleges and universities. The program is offered through distance/blended delivery.
Designed for administrative personnel currently employed at a varied institutions, including four-year colleges, research universities, liberal arts colleges, professional schools and community colleges, this program allows pursuit of a doctorate while retaining full-time employment.
Students interested in the program should have at least two years of professional work experience in a higher education setting prior to applying for admission.
